I arrived back home last evening and went directly to the football game at Hendersonville's Beech High School who were playing our Station Camp Bison. The Bison won in another close match 17 to 10. The Bison have to tighten up their game as they progress through the season; they made some missteps and fumbles that teams may capitalize on in the future.
(Look at me giving football advice)
I have had a busy but good 10 days first with my friend Carol from BC travelling all the way here to go to Deeper Still with me in Nashville. Just excellent. Amazing two days with Beth Moore and Kay Arthur!
Then on Monday I flew to Buffalo and Jake picked me up and took me to their new home in Niagara Falls ON, for dinner. Great to see the grandkids. (get those directions out that dad sent you Jake). On Monday night Heather drove me to Hamilton where I was with Christine and kids until they moved out on Tuesday. I took H and H to African Lion Safari. It was the best visit to the Safari ever. There were very few people there. We did not have to fight the crowds nor the heat. Wednesday I travelled with them to Orillia as they moved into their new home there.
Rich drove me to the airport on Friday morning on his way to Pittsburg to visit a new church there that will be following the same format as the church in Orillia. I flew home through Air Canada (Air United Nations I now call it) out of Terminal 1. A huge and magnificent building!
Today I am tired but happy to be back with Larry (who picked me up in Nashville where he gave me a dozen roses) and Cecelia and our little Mercy.
Praise God for all of our family. May they be richly blessed as they begin their new lives and ministry in Niagara and Orillia.
Love
Grandma
